Property Description

  • One Tree Hill Collection, a development comprising 14 houses by Singapore- listed construction and property group Lum Chang Holdings. K2LD Architects was selected to design the houses at One Tree Hill Collection, based on their past track records for designing luxury houses, especially Good Class Bungalows
  • For its' interiors, One Tree Hill Collection will feature the works of Peter Tay, who achieved Designer of the Year Award at the President's Design Awards 2014. His past works included numerous home for the celebrities such as Zhang Ziyi, Wang Leehom, Stephanie Sun and Zoe Tay.
  • One Tree Hill Collection occupies a freehold site of 39,063 sqf at the junction of Jalan Arnap and One Tree Hill. This luxury development comprises 12 semi-detached houses and two bungalows. Construction work has begun and the houses are scheduled for completion in Dec 2021.
  • The semi-detached houses, each occupies a site of 2,300 to 3,000 sqf and has a built-up area of 4,800 sqf. For the 2 bungalows, each sits on a land area of 5,200 sqf and has a built-up area of about 8,500 sqf. All the houses in the development have four levels, including the basement and attic. The houses come with four or five en-suite bedrooms, including the master suite. Each of the house also has a lift and lap pool.
  • A lot of attention has been paid to the interiors of the houses and the choice of materials used, designing something that is contemporary yet has timeless beauty. The houses at One Tree Hill Collection will feature Peter Tay's signature touch, a high-gloss black ceiling and white marble flooring in the living room on the first level. The detailing, from the staircase to full-height sliding glass doors, will be of stainless steel.
  • Every house will feature a dry and a wet kitchen. The dry kitchen will be fitted with Bulthaup kitchen cabinetry and countertop, and the kitchen appliances will be top-end brand, Gaggenau and Bosch. The master bathroom comes with full marble, with top-end brands Axor and Villeroy & Boch accessories. The powder room will be fitted with the signature stainless steel basin and tap by Gessi.
  • The master bedroom will feature a walk-in wardrobe from Italian brand Rimadesio, designed by Antonio Citterio, who is famous for his design of the Bulgari resorts. One Tree HIll Collection is probably the first development in Singapore to have Rimadesio wardrobes, according to Peter Tay. The only other time that he designed a home with Rimadesio wardrobes was for Zhang Ziyi's penthouse in Beijing. Hence, this collection will indeed be one of its kind in Singapore.
  • The basement level of the two bungalows will have a glass wall that looks out to the swimming pool. According to Peter Tay, this will be like a stage where one can enjoy the space. The basement is also large enough to accommodate a pool table and home entertainment theatre.
  • One Tree Hill Collection is located in District 10, Singapore. Despite being in a prime location, it is easily accessible via the nearest MRT train stations such as Orchard Boulevard (TE13- u/c), Orchard (NS22 TE14- u/c) and Napier (TE12- u/c). In the vicinity, the nearest primary schools are Alexandra Primary School, River Valley Primary School, and Zhangde Primary School.
  • One Tree Hill Collection is also within close proximity to amenities such as Tanglin Market Place, Cold Storage Specialty Tanglin Shopping Centre, and ThreeSixty Market Place. Some of the close by shopping malls are like Tanglin Mall, Tanglin Shopping Centre, and Forum The Shopping Mall.
